Description
Sn-Pb-Ag tin lead silver solder alloy is mainly applied for soldering mechanical machine, lamp holder, auto radiator and cable joint. Tin lead silver solders offer several benefits for a variety of joining applications, such as, a low melting range making them ideal for joining most metals without damaging heat-sensitive parts, easy joining and repairing, high electrical conductivity, a relatively strong joint, etc.
Characteristics of Solder Wire and Bar
1. Sn-Pb-Ag tin lead silver solder alloy has good wettability and fluidity.
2. The lead solder is of high insulation resistance and excellent electrical performance.
3. The adding of additives changes the crystal structure of solder joints, reduces internal stress and inhibits the growth of crystal.
4. Because of its excellent antioxidation, little tin slag is produced during soldering process.
5. It can prevent the phenomena of bridging and icicle effectively in soldering process.
6. Solder joint is with good mechanical performance.
