Pb-free solder wires produced by us have passed the standards of the EU RoHS (Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances). These Sn-Cu alloy wires are widely used because of favorable electrical conductivity, high melting point, low cost, reliable working performance and many other advantageous features.
Features
1. This Sn99.3Cu0.7 Pb-free solder wire can produce high electrical resistance, which is suitable for soldering copper wires and other copperwares.
2. With high fusing point, it is ideal for soldering electronic equipments at high temperature.

Advantages
Although Sn99.3Cu0.7 Pb-free solder wires are not good as Sn37Pb in wettability and soldering point quality, we have made effort to make up these defects through adding trace metal elements into the solders.
1. It can refine solder grains and prevent surface Cu6Sn5 from come into being. In this way, the solder fluidity is increased while the cracks are decreased, which makes soldering point smoother.
2. A stable alloy surface comes into being to prevent corrosion of copper.
3. Our Sn99.3Cu0.7 Pb-free solder wires are featured by good ductility, so the internal stress because of thermal expansion is alleviated.
4. Strong anti-oxidization can decrease the quantity of solder spatters.
